There is no end to my love for monochromatic looks, in particular when it comes to head to toe white. Let's face it, anyone can do (and has done) all black. Don't get me wrong, you will most often find me in an all-black outfit, but sometimes is good to be challenged and try lighter tones. I have been asked many times why I dress in muted and monotone outfits. I have come to two conclusions: Number one it provides me with a certain privacy, and does not demand attention when you walk into a room. The second is that the use of monochromatic colour allows for a strong sense of visual cohesion. The relative absence of hue contrast can be offset by variations in layers, textures and accessories, while maintaining a minimal form. In this particular outfit I used Polysemy Jewellery pieces to add some depth to its simplicity.
