SUMMER FADE

WEARING: Brandy Melville Crop Top, Vintage Leather Skirt, F21 Shoes, and RayBan Sunnies.
Summer is coming to an end... I know that most in the blogosphere can't wait for Fall; I on the other hand am dreading the thought of cold breezes instead of hot beach days. I just don't do well in the cold weather (deep breath in - deep breath out). I know soon I will be wearing sweaters, blazers and struggling with my inability to layer properly.

This Summer sure felt short, yet it was fantastic. I spent countless hours trying to soak up as much sun as possible; when inside I spent my time designing, cutting and sewing to the sounds of : Beach House, Florence and the Machine, TRST, Bat for Lashes, Julia Stone, Future Island, and my usual dosage of Radiohead. Nothing like music to make the memories last.

    I guess sangria isn't all that healthy, but that lunch was still healthier than a lot of meals! haha Anywayyy, I hate Summer. Sorry, I just do. I get all hot and bothered, literally. Fall is my favourite season - it's not as hot as Summer and it's not as cold as Winter - it's perfect!

    I have to say I'm kind of hoping Fall comes, not Winter, just Fall, the mid season, when it's not hot, but is not really cold either and you can mix summer clothes with some warmer pieces. :)

    I saw Florence perform live this summer and literally cried haha her voice is insane. And I'm right there with you- I don't understand the excitement for cold, snappy weather. Love what you're wearing here too! You always make all black look so chic and fun. Also, yea I cut my hair haha! I actually really like short hair so I wasn't scared chopping it off. But I have really thick hair so it turns into a fro more times then I'd like to admit :((

    I won't lie, I'm very much looking forward to fall & getting to layer up again... Though it seems were getting a late summer now & it's great, sunny & warm but not too hot either, just right for me.
    The outfit is just perfect, I love the back of that top so much & those chunky shoes! Love all of the artists you mentioned too, Radiohead are one of my favourites & I'm a little obsessed with Bat For Lashes, she has such a beautiful voice! Hopefully going to be seeing her live in November, very excited for that! :)
