Here are the instructions on how to make the PVC Mini Bag. I hope that you will like, and will try it out; if you do let me know how it looks! You can make it as big or as small as you want. My bag to be exact is 13.5 x 8 inches. I gave a half inch for my sewing. I like this because it is different than all the transparent clutches that I have been seeing on blogs, on the streets. Above all I appreciate how simple and minimalistic it looks.
