WEARING: Melissa Araujo Dress, American Apparel Sweater and 8 Other Reasons Rings.

Change of pace, no outfit post today instead let's talk about inspiration. I am stimulated by many things and people. I will start by stating the obvious, I am inspired by modern, minimal structures, geometry, architecture, the ocean, music, art, writers, simple and ethereal designs. As for people, I won't use names as I think it cheapens the process, but I am motivated by others who are focused and who are hungry to get what they are doing out there. That can be through the arts, fashion, business, or whatever their field may be. I am inspired by strong individuals who can handle change without compromising their ethics and values. I feel encouraged by the magic of passionate people who love what they do in their everyday life. Who and What inspires you? Let's share some inspiration!

WEARING: Mesh Zip Bomber (similar Alexander Wang here.), American Apparel Crop Top, H&M Pants, Nasty Girl Heels, Le Trop Bag Rachael Ruddick, Bound Cuffs and 8 Other Reasons Rings.

I don't go out much anymore, it has to be something cool in order for me to leave the house (yes I am a home body now). I used to party a lot, but for the past 3 years, due to working crazy hours and trying to build my own brand, going out to party just isn't my priority anymore. I love hanging out with my friends when we have time off, but I am all about dinners and drinks.

Now and then though you gotta celebrate someone or something. This past weekend there were such affairs, and this is what I wore. For a lot of women, when is time for dressing up and partying they choose cocktail or girly dresses, not really my thing. Instead I opted for this killer mesh bomber and leather pants for good measure. It felt good to show a lil skin and have fun. Are you more of a home body, party girl or do you think you have a good balance between the two?

WEARING: Harmony Paris Top, American Apparel Sweater, Addison NY Pants, Converses, Galisfly Rings and Margiela (Necklace worn as a bracelet).

This past week I had a few hardships, some brought by my own mistakes and others by chance, so when I am feeling blue I seek the ocean. I invited Carmin to hang out, we spent the day talking about life, dreams and hard work. I have always loved the ocean, the waves, its vast and infinite horizon. I will leave you with an extract from one of my favourite poets, Pablo Neruda about the sea and perspective: "I need the sea because it teaches me. I don't know if I learn music or awareness, if it's a single wave or its vast existence, or only its harsh voice or its shining one, a suggestion of fishes and ships. The fact is that until I fall asleep, in some magnetic way I move in the university of the waves."

WEARING: Nike Tank, J Brand Jeans, Sophie Hulme Tote Bag, Shoe Dazzle Heels, 8 Other Reasons, Zara Bracelet and Ray Ban Sunnies.

Super excited to announce that we shot our TWO M PROJECTS lookbook over the weekend!!! There are some people that I have to thank for their support and help over the past few days of madness, as well as the actual shoot. My boy Jeff (for being the best support I could have asked for), M'c Kenneth (I have nothing but love & respect for you) Carmin, Courtney, Terry, and Ross. I also want to send a quick thank you to my friends who were not in the studio, but who have been there for the past 8 months, supporting my work and personal growth (you know who you are). It is such a great feeling seeing when a collection comes to life, it was an amazing day. Lots of hard work. I can't wait to launch this collection with Meryl, February 2015 can't come soon enough. In these photos you will notice that I didn't even remember to grab a jacket when I left the house, so much was on my mind getting things ready. I wanted an easy look with an oversized bag to carry all of the things I needed to buy & pick up prior to the shoot.
